Our hillside setting with hundreds of acres of wooded seclusion provides an astounding view of the Olympic Mountains, the San Juan Islands, and the Skagit Flats.

Our private lake, stocked with rainbow trout, is an absolute ball to fish and requires no licensing. Or take a hike on miles of private hiking trails with spectacular views.

And yet, we are close to the local tourist attractions and shopping areas of the Skagit Valley. We are located just one mile east of I-5 approximately three miles south of Mount Vernon, Washington, we are 2 1/2 miles from the LaConner exit. We are near the San Juan Island ferries, the North Cascade Mountain Pass as well as British Columbia, Canada.
