“It’s a Lodge” has often been the delighted comment of guests as they step through the carved double front doors and encounter a stone floor to ceiling fountain in the entryway.
Directly across the room this theme is echoed by a massive stone fireplace where rests an impressive Roosevelt Elk mount. This rooms flows directly into a large dining room with a 10 foot picture window that frames a view of the Skagit flats and on to the Puget Sound.
This common area is a favorite as guests from different parts of the world gather to visit and get acquainted over coffee and treats from the self-service snack table. Games and reading materials draw the active minds while others choose to enjoy obeying the call to languish into serenity in the peaceful setting.
